Registration: To register, please contact the main office for a registration packet. The completion of the registration packet and the submission of the registration fee holds your child’s spot for the upcoming academic year. Acceptance is confirmed after the student has completed a brief assessment with our learning specialist or principal.
All families enrolled at St. Charles School are required to create an account within our tuition management system, FACTS. The link to the FACTS website may be found on the left of your screen. If you have any questions on how to create your account, please contact the FACTS Management Co. at 866-441-4637 or the St. Charles Business Office at 781-933-0300 ext. 230. A FACTS account is required in order to register at SCS.
Financial aid: New and returning families are welcomed to apply for tuition assistance. Financial aid applications are accepted on a rolling basis beginning in the spring. Awards are distributed based on demonstrated financial need and are available until funding is exhausted. In order to qualify, families must first create an account in FACTs and then complete the FACTS Grant & Aid application on the FACTS website. For Kindergarten admission, students must be five years old by September 1st of the year entering school. Priority is given to current school families. Admission to all other grades is based on available space, the results of a screening test, an academic record review by the principal, and a letter of recommendation from the student’s current school.
